Even before the Voices of Truth International Ministerial Alliance (VOTIMA) was birthed, Lead Visionary Apostle Xavier D. Madison, Sr. had a heart for foreign missions and a desire to send and support full-time missionaries in foreign lands. When VOTIMA was birthed in March 2011, Foreign Missions was a part of the core vision. GOD divinely opened a door of opportunity for missions in Kenya, East Africa for VOTIMA in November 2011, and we have not looked back! VOTIMA began sowing into ministries in Kimilili, Mombasa and Chwele, Kenya, as well as supporting a 43-child orphanage and school in Chwele, Kenya. In November 2012, VOTIMA sent their first delegate, Evangelist Michelle Burton, to Chwele, Kenya to scout out the land for future church planting and to check on the missions works we support.

Apostle X.D. Madison, Sr. as part of his apostolic mantle, has a heart to send missionaries and evangelists to foreign countries and support them as they do the work of ministry.
